Tortilla şi mămăliguţă cu brânză şi smântână
O reţetă uşoară, se prepară rapid, este bună pentru cei care mănâncă mai consistent dimineaţa (eu de obicei nu mănânc dimineaţa, beau doar cafea, sucuri, ceaiuri de toate felurile).
Reţeta este pentru două persoane.- un cartof mai mare sau doi cartofi mai mici
- trei ouă
- piper un vârf de cuţit
- boia iute un vârf de cuţit (pentru cei care mănâncă picant)
- brânză de burduf sau telemea rasă după gust
- ulei pentru prăjit cartofi
- mălai în funcţie de cantitatea dorită
- sare după gust
- smântână
Se ia aceeaşi tigaie, se scurge surplusul de ulei din ea (ţineţi minte, folosiţi o tigaie de teflon), se pune pe foc tigaia şi după ce este încinsă, se pune jumătate din compoziţia de mai sus, ca şi cum aţi pune omleta la făcut. Se lasă 2-3 minute la foc potrivit, se întoarce cu o paletă (sau dacă aveţi tigaie de pan cake, cu tigaia direct) şi gata tortilla. Se pune pe o farfurie.
Între timp facem mămăliguţa după metoda clasică. Punem apă la fiert cu o linguriţă de sare, când fierbe apa turnăm mălaiul şi mestecăm să nu se facă nici un fel de cocoloaşe. Lăsăm la foc mic să fiarbă compoziţia şi gata mămăliguţa. Punem pe o farfurie, punem peste ea puţină brânză rasă de burduf sau telemea şi două linguri de smântână. Bine de ştiut: dacă nu aveţi o ustensilă specială pentru amestecat mămăliga, puteţi folosi o paletă de la mixer aşa ca în imagine. Este extrem de utilă.
